How to order
For our Australian customers we are pleased to now offer online ordering through this website. When you place your order with Plush Puppy direct, you can be assured that we will process your order in super quick time, and be available to help you during office hours, either over the phone or via email.
Aerosols Cans (Revita Coat , Puffy Dog and Hold) cannot be delivered to a PO box. Alternate address will be required.
Delivery of Orders
Orders placed by 10am (EST) Monday to Friday will be dispatched same working day. Orders placed after 10am (EST) will be dispatched next working day. If there are any delays with any part of your order, we will contact you prior to dispatch. If any goods are not currently in stock we will contact you to discuss the best way we can service your request.
Minimum Order Quantity
We have no minimum order quantity here at Plush Puppy. We are very pleased to process orders regardless of the size. All orders, big or small, are filled with the same prompt and courteous attention.
Privacy and Security
At the time of registration to order online, you will be transferred to our Secure Server to provide your personal details. Once you have created your online user account, you will be able to place your order through our website. Our Secure Server uses SSL security and any personal information that you submit to us (including your email address) will not be provided to any third party.
Through our Secure Server you can make your payment online using a Mastercard or Visa card if placing your order through our online shop.
Alternative arrangements for payment can be made for your online order. You can select the option of telephoning through your credit card details to our office during business hours or send us a cheque or money order. No orders will be dispatched until payment has cleared, and in relation to cheques this may delay your order by 5 – 7 working days. Online orders placed that require alternative payment options will only be held for 3 working days. If no contact is made in that time, the order will be deleted and unable to be retrieved – to proceed with the order past this time, you will need to revisit our online store and recreate the order. For those customers that wish payment can also be done via credit card by phone during office hours.
For customers the freight for your order will be automatically calculated and displayed in our online store. We use Local and National Couriers for our deliveries and you can view the list of freight charges here.
Returns and Exchanges
All exchanges and returns are by prior arrangement with our office only. We will exchange goods provided they are fit for re-sale and in original packaging when returned. All freight charges are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the item is faulty or has been sent in error by us. No claims recognised after 14 days from dispatch.
