Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.

Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, Plush Puppy Australia Pty Ltd, and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1^st cousin.

Promotion commences 9am AEST on 16/10/20 and ends 2pm AEST on 21/10/20.

Winner will be selected randomly from either Plush Puppy Australia Instagram or Plush Puppy Facebook feeds.

To enter, individuals must complete the following steps:

Plush Puppy Australia Pty Ltd reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who Plush Puppy Australia Pty Ltd has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at Plush Puppy Australia Pty Ltd discretion. Failure by the Plush Puppy Australia Pty Ltd to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. Plush Puppy Australia Pty Ltd legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.

Incomplete, indecipherable, unviewable, or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.

Winners will be notified by Direct Message via Instagram or Facebook. Winner will need to provide email address to receive winning $150 voucher.

Plush Puppy Australia Pty Ltd’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

One winner will receive a Plush Puppy $150 gift voucher that will be emailed to the winner in the form of a code to use online or via telephone order.

Any unused balance of the voucher will not be awarded as cash.

Redemption of the voucher is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the voucher.  Valid dates are as specified on the voucher.

The voucher is valid for 6 months and to be used by 30 April 2021.  If for any reason the winner does not take or use the prize within specified period, the prize will be forfeited.

Entrants agree that they are fully responsible for any materials they submit via the promotion including but not limited to comments, recordings and images (“Content”).

Plush Puppy Australia Pty Ltd shall not be liable in any way for such Content to the full extent permitted by law.

Plush Puppy Australia Pty Ltd may remove or decline to publish any Content without notice for any reason whatsoever.

Without limiting any other terms herein, the entrant agrees to indemnify Plush Puppy Australia Pty Ltd for any breach of the above terms.
